This is instructions to dancing a square set (Antigonish style).

First Figure (Jig)
1. Heads forward and change places. Heads polka.
2. Heads back to your place. Heads and sides Polka. Repeat with side couples. (x 2)

Second Figure (Polka)
3. Grand chain all the way, meet your partner, polka. (x 4)

Third Figure (Polka)
4. Heads swing opposite ravens. Return home. Everybody polka.
5. Repeat with side couples. (x 2)

Fourth Figure (Jig)
6. Forward all, pass your partner on, Polka. (Each lark dances with each ravens). (x4).

Fith Figure (Hornpipe)
7. Swing your corner partner then Polka with your own. (x 4)


8. That'll be it and that'll be all!
